Height: 5'11"

Age: 26.

 

Appearance: Tall, slender-waisted, but broad-shouldered, Morgen has skin that is still visibly pallid under his tan, brown hair in a strict page-cut, and one dark brown eye. He describes himself as “interestingly” scarred, and has high cheekbones, with a face broad enough to make him look catlike. His muscles look toned, but mostly because he is thin, and has only a little body fat softening his frame.

 

Powers and Permissions: Morgen is an emotional vampire. He feeds off of shame and humiliation, and if starved or stressed will feel a compulsion to provoke such feelings so that he can feed on them. A heavy feeding drains away all remnants of the emotion from his victim. If he's well-fed, however, he can 'backwash' during a feeding and increase, not decrease, the embarassment someone feels.

 

Additionally, his pale eye does not see conventionally visible light, but sees into the terahertz spectrum, making it difficult for anyone to conceal weapons or other dense items from him, but making some fine detail more difficult to make out. When well-fed on shame, he can also disrupt electronics by emitting terahertz pulses.
